Network Maintenance – Madrid

Date: April 14, 2026

Location: Equinix MD2, Madrid, Spain

Upstream Provider: Hurricane Electric

Hurricane Electric has advised of scheduled third-party maintenance at the Equinix MD2 facility in Madrid, which may affect the associated service circuits during the stated maintenance window. The provider has indicated a potential impact period of up to seven hours while the work is carried out. Trafficmind will maintain service resilience through its broader edge architecture, including upstream diversity and routing redundancy, to minimize disruption throughout the maintenance period. Further updates will be provided should any material change to risk or impact be identified.

Network Maintenance – Milan

Date: March 18, 2026

Time Window: 20:30 CET – 21:00 CET

Location: Equinix ML5, Milan, Italy

Upstream Provider: Equinix

As part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades, our connectivity provider Equinix will migrate our Equinix Internet Access (EIA) service to a new hardware platform at their ML5 facility in Milan. This migration includes a routing configuration update requiring Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) sessions to transition to Autonomous System Number (ASN) AS15830 as part of the new platform deployment. No customer impact is expected. During the maintenance window, Trafficmind will maintain routing stability through our Anycast backbone by leveraging alternative upstream carriers and existing redundancy across our edge network. Our multi-carrier architecture ensures continued service availability while the upstream infrastructure transition is performed.

Network Maintenance – Paris

Date: February 26, 2026

Time Window: 13:00 CET – 20:00 CET

Location: Telehouse, Paris, France

Upstream Provider: Cogent Communications

As part of routine infrastructure maintenance, our upstream transit provider Cogent will perform a scheduled battery discharge test at their Telehouse 2 facility in Paris. No customer impact is expected. During the maintenance window, Trafficmind will proactively reroute traffic through alternative carrier paths within our Anycast backbone. Our multi-carrier architecture ensures continued service availability and routing stability throughout the intervention.
