The provider has indicated a potential impact period of up to seven hours while the work is carried out. Trafficmind will maintain service resilience through its broader edge architecture, including upstream diversity and routing redundancy, to minimize disruption throughout the maintenance period. Network Maintenance – Milan

Upstream Provider: Equinix
As part of ongoing infrastructure upgrades, our connectivity provider Equinix will migrate our Equinix Internet Access (EIA) service to a new hardware platform at their ML5 facility in Milan. This migration includes a routing configuration update requiring Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) sessions to transition to Autonomous System Number (ASN) AS15830 as part of the new platform deployment. No customer impact is expected. During the maintenance window, Trafficmind will maintain routing stability through our Anycast backbone by leveraging alternative upstream carriers and existing redundancy across our edge network. Our multi-carrier architecture ensures continued service availability while the upstream infrastructure transition is performed.
